The food is amazing. Best dumpling place around. Very kind and respectful service. The place itself is cute and cozy and you can see them making the dumplings at one of the tables.

Dumplings are good but did you know they have Chinese food too? Honey walnut shrimp is bomb!

Dumplings were good for being in a non Asian community. They pass to satisfy someone's craving.

Best dumplings i've ever had. Sweet and sour soup tastes a little "eh" at first but the more you eat, the better it gets and DAMN is it good. Pork and chive dumplings are soft and have that nice thick skin. Staff is always nice and it's always very clean.

Quick stop for late lunch, good dumplings, they are huge. Really friendly staff and nice service. The dumplings dough could be a little thinner. And I think more vinegary dipping sauce would be great.

This place was recommended to me and I don't regret it one bit. I often go to the Placerville area to visit friends up in Somerset in the foothills and traveling to and from San Francisco, well, one can built up an appetite. And being from San Francisco where Asian restaurants are ubiquitous, I'm no stranger to dumplings I had the dumplings here, freshly made and their dough had a nice full bodied, rich chewy texture which didn't fall apart. I had the pork filling and that was delicious. The next time I stop, when I'm hungrier than when I stopped, I'll have more, but if the pork dumplings I had was an indication of their whole roster, count me in any day. It was scrumptious.

This place is a genuine hole in the wall. Complete with dented patio cover and furniture that looks like it is from the 1970s. What they lack in looks, they make it up in the food. They have some mean tasty, delicious dumplings. Steamed, pan fried, or deep fried. Pork, chicken, or veg. They got ya covered. And by the way, they are not a one trick pony, they offer other menu items. Appetizers, soups, and entrees. They are located in Cameron Park, CA, right off Interstate 50 Cambridge Road exit. North. The dumplings are insanely good. My fave are the pork steamed dumplings. Seasoned ground pork wrapped in homemade dumpling dough. The dough is not thin but definitely not to thick to make it gummy. I think the thickness is just right. The pan fried version is pretty darn tasty too. Golden, slightly crisped dough without the oily mess. They are served with a dipping sauce. It had a slight sweet soy flavor. Yum. The dumplings are 5 stars. The hot n sour soup is another favorite of mine. Luv that stuff. Their version is the typical Americanized version. Hotness is from white peppercorns, not actual peppers. So it is not spicy hot. I have never eaten in the dining room. I always do take out. The interior dining area is furnished with outdated furniture and not much thought taken for the interior aesthetics. It is a bit mood displacing. Basic and serviceable dining room.
